About Us
Founded in 2010, Max Green Skill Development Organization (MGSDO) works to help poor and rural communities through education, skills training and environmental programs. We operate in Sindh and other remote areas to give youth real skills that lead to jobs and income.
MGSDO is registered under the Societies Act and recognized by national boards. We partner with NAVTTC, STEVTA, SEF and others to run certified training and community programs.
Our Mission
To train youth and women in practical skills and to create local income opportunities while protecting the environment.
Our Vision
A Pakistan where every young person has a skill, a job, and a chance to live with dignity in a green and healthy community.
Ongoing Projects
Here are our current programs that run weekly or monthly in villages and city neighborhoods.
Tree for Tomorrow
Tree planting and school green campaigns to improve local air and shade. We teach students how to care for saplings.
Clean Karachi Movement
Community clean-ups and waste awareness. We show how waste can become income with simple recycling ideas.
Green Skills Training
Short practical courses: tailoring, basics of electricity, small business, and digital skills for local markets.
